In an attempt to make our Annual Meeting/Christmas party as free of conflicting Holiday parties and out of town trials as possible, SWAT would like to survey our voting members for preferred dates. We must conduct this meeting between November 1 and December 15, 2012, as stated in our by-laws. Attendance to this meeting/party is important as we will be voting on our officers for the next term (2013-2014) and we will have an awards presentation. The location may be determined by which date we choose as well.
